Author Biography: Kay Bishop

DR. KAY BISHOP is an Associate Professor and Director of the School Media Program in the Department of Library and Information Studies at the University at Buffalo. She holds a BA degree from Florida State University, an MA from the University of South Florida, a Med from Washington State University, and a PhD from Florida State University.
