Author Biography: The Tanner Brothers

Chris and James Tanner both trained with the Roux Brothers and worked in numerous restaurants around the globe, notably in New York, London, and France. They opened their own Tanners Restaurant in 1999. They appear regularly on BBC cooking shows and recently filmed their own series entitled The Tanner Brothers.
