KITTY GURKIN ROSATI, M.S., R.D., L.D.N., author of the New York Times bestselling The Rice Diet Solution, Heal Your Heart, and The Rice Diet Cookbook, has worked in the field of weight-related disease prevention and reversal for two and a half decades. She is the nutrition director of the Rice Diet Program, has been a clinical instructor at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and has counseled diverse populations including drug and alcohol rehabilitation patients and IBM and Glaxo executives.
