Barbara Quinn, MS, RD, CDE, developed all of the menus exclusively for The Diabetes DTOUR Diet. She is a full-time clinical dietitian and certified diabetes educator for the Community Hospital of the Monterey Peninsula in Monterey, California.

 

Francine R. Kaufman, MD, the medical advisor for The Diabetes DTOUR Diet, currently serves as head of the Center for Diabetes, Endocrinology, and Metabolism at the Childrens Hospital Los Angeles.
