Author Biography: Peter Fewings

Peter Fewings is a senior lecturer in project, production and financial management at the University of the West of England, where he is programme leader of its BSc(Hons) Construction Management courses and has set up two project management masters courses. He has worked as a planner and a project manager on a wide range of construction projects and maintains close contacts with the industry. He has research interests in Health and Safety and PFI. He works closely at the University of the West of England with Martyn Jones and Tony Westcott who have contributed to this book.

Book Synopsis

As increasing demands and higher expectations are placed on project managers a need has arisen for an innovative book to enable managers to take on the ever-changing challenges involved in overseeing whole works and dealing with the conflicting needs of the many people involved in a construction project.
