Debra Clopton lives in the small Texas town of Madisonville with her two teenage sons and their dog Bogie, a wrinkled Chinese shar-pei. When Debra isn't writing on her next book she loves to renovate houses and take long or short road trips--as long as she's doing the driving. She also believes wholeheartedly in exercise and eating dessert first. She has a weakness for cheesecake and has been known on many occasions to eat two slices at the same time...followed, of course, by a long walk! A very long walk.
