Karen Caine is the author of the Heinemann title Writing to Persuade. She is a writing consultant who works with elementary and middle school teachers. She also teaches in the Masters in Teaching Program at Oglethorpe University in Atlanta. Karen taught in New York City at The Columbia Grammar and Preparatory School and at PS 158.
