Shawn Flarida and Craig Schmersal are two world class competitors in the sport of reining, having won every major national and international event sanctioned by the National Reining Horse Association and the United States Equestrian Federation. Both men are listed in an elite group known as “NRHA Million Dollar Riders.”

World Class Reining is a “how-to” book, detailing the complete training program for a reining horse. The authors discuss their philosophies and techniques, which include selecting and maintaining a reining horse, using proper equipment, training each of the prescribed reining maneuvers and preparing for competition.
