In this book, Msgr. Oesterreicher, director of the Institute for Judeao-Christian Studies at Seton Hall University, examines the I-Thou relationship from a biblical perspective, as well as Buber's thesis of two types of faith. He also examines Buber's views on Jesus, saying that his writings reveal a reverence of and brotherly affection for Jesus.
