Author Biography: Marsha Mirkin

Marsha Pravder Mirkin, Ph.D., is a clinical psychologist and resident scholar at the Brandeis University Women's Studies Research Center. Editor of three books, including the highly acclaimed "Women in Context, and author of numerous chapters and articles, Dr. Mirkin provides talks and workshops throughout the country. Formerly affiliated with Harvard Medical School and the Wellesley College Jean Baker Miller Institute, Dr. Mirkin is interested in how our foundational stories help shape who we are and how we can best relate to others. She lives with her husband and two daughters in Massachusetts.
