Paul Harper, a young physician, uncovers a diabolical plot by a cabal of military extremists to take over the U. S. Government. For their scheme to work, the plotters must provide a heart transplant for one of their key players, carefully murdering anyone who gets in their way. Paul and his fiancée discover the toxin used to commit the murders, but they cannot prove the existence of the plot.
