Jane Kinderlehrer, author of Newmarket's classic Smart Food cookbook series, was a senior editor and food editor of Prevention magazine and a New York Times columnist. Daniel A. Kinderlehrer, M.D., is a nationally recognized holistic physician with expertise in the fields of nutrition, allergy, environmental medicine, and Lyme disease. He lives in Santa Fe.
