Author Biography: Tracy Olgeaty Gensler

Z. Altug, MS, PT, works as a licensed physical therapist at the UCLA Medical Center and privately as a personal trainer and fitness consultant. Dennis McCullough, MD, is an Associate Professor of Community and Family Medicine at Dartmouth Medical School, where he led the Senior Fitness Program.
