It is a silly, irrelevant story credited to George Beard and Harold Hutchins, the boy cartoonists from the "Captain Underpants" series that is full of typical Pilkey-sight-gags—including intentionally misspelled words in every word balloon, "flip-o-rama" animation pages that show dinosaurs throwing up on bad guys, and plenty of gratuitous cartoon-style violence.
