Sonic the Hedgehog Archives, Volume 7 »

Patrick Spaziante, or "Spaz" as he is commonly known, is a comic book artist who has worked primarily for Archie Comics. Spaz is currently a penciler and cover artist at Archie Comics on the Sonic the Hedgehog comic book series, and the Sonic X and Sonic Universe comics. But while Spaz is best known for his work with Archie, he has also created illustrations and comic books for such companies as Marvel Comics, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles and Nickelodeon's Avatar: The Last Airbender.

Starting with issue #25, the first of many SONIC milestones, True Blue is forced to face his evil ropotic doppelganger, Metal Sonic. This chrome crony of Robotnik's will prove an ever-present thorn in our hero's side, but with the bad comes the good as we also debut Sonic's #1 fan, Amy Rose! And that's just the first issue! VOLUME 7 also recounts Sonic's betrayal of the Freedom Fighters, the introduction of the Arctic Freedom Fighters, and the beginning of Tails' solo story which led into his very own miniseries!
