CHRISTINE AVANTI is a clinical and sports nutritionist certified by the American Academy of Nutrition and Intrafitt, and a member of the National Association of Nutrition Professionals. She has appeared on Rachael Ray, E! News, the Style Network, Lifetime, Fox & Friends, as well as in magazines such as InStyle, Self, Fitness Magazine, and US Weekly. Christine can be heard weekly on the Air 1 national radio. She lives and practices in Los Angeles.
