Author Biography: Thomas Russ

Tom Russ (Waldorf, MD) is a registered landscape architect and environmental manager who is currently Senior Associate and Director of Environmental Planning and Development at Purdum & Jeschke in Baltimore. He is also on the environmental technologies faculty at Charles County and Catonville Community Colleges and a continuing-education coursegiver for the American Society of Landscape Architects and the National Association of Environmental Professionals. His articles have been widely published in professional journals, and he is a member of ASLA, the American Planning Association, the Soil and Water Conservation Society, NAEP, the Society of Environmental Management and Technology, and The American Society for Testing and Materials.
