Specific chapters address issues like liens, leases, the purchase contract, wills, zoning, environmental law, and taxes. Narrative explanations describe the law, and reported cases illustrate key concepts. Ethical issues are highlighted. Appendixes include sections of the U.S. Constitution, the Uniform Commercial Code, the Sherman Act, the Fair Housing Act, the Interstate Land Sales Full Disclosure Act, the Truth-in-Lending Act, and the Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act.
