Author Biography: Martin Sicker

MARTIN SICKER is a private consultant and lecturer who has taught political science at the American University and George Washington University. He is the author of 19 previous books, including The Judaic State: A Study in Rabbinic Political Theory and The Genesis of the State (Praeger, 1988 and 1991 respectively).
