Author Biography: Phyllis A. Balch

Phyllis A. Balch, CNC, has been a leading nutritional counselor and advocate of natural therapies for more than two decades. She is the founder and owner of a health-foods store, Good Things Naturally, in Greenfield, Indiana, and frequently lectures on the subject of nutrition and natural healing.

James F. Balch, M.D., is a fellow of the American College of Surgeons and the author of five books on health and nutrition.
