MICHAEL J. MORLEY is Assistant Dean of Research and and Senior Lecturer in the Department of Personnel and Employment Relations and NOREEN HERATY is Lecturer of Human Resource Management in the Department of Personnel & Employment Relations, both at Kemmy Business School, University of Limerick. DAVID G. COLLINGS is a lecturer in Human Resource Management and Organizational Behaviour at Sheffield University Management School.
