Author Biography: J. A. Hitchcock

J. A. Hitchcock was herself a victim of cyberstalking who, following that experience, went on to become a victim's advocate. She is an Internet crimes and security expert and president of WHOA (Working to Halt Online Abuse). She lives in York, Maine. Vinton Cerf is widely known as one of the "Fathers of the Internet" for his work as codesigner of the TCP/IP
protocols and the architecture of the Internet. He is senior vice president of technology strategy for MCI.
