Author Biography: Johnston McCulley

Johnston McCulley was a newspaper editor before he became the prolific author of stories from crime thrillers to westerns. He introduced Zorro in the pulp magazine All Story Weekly in 1919, and continued writing Zorro stories until his death in 1958.
