Black is a relationships advisor, author (Stripped Bare: The 12 Truths That Will Help You Land the Very Best Black Man), and Baltimore radio personality. This sex manual for women is bawdy, sassy, and amusing, with a lively and infectious writing style. Tips and techniques range from the more usual, such as inventive oral sex, to the more outré, such as finding a toy boy and trying threesomes. Her chapter about learning to really like men is particularly good, and she healthfully suggests exercise to rev up erotic stamina. Unfortunately, she includes no safety or hygiene guidelines and no suggestions for further reading about topics as potentially problematic as sadomasochism and anal sex, let alone recreational and multipartner encounters. Overall, she does her readers a disservice by not supporting her wildly varied advice with enough details and background to get it on safely and responsibly. Regretfully, not recommended.
