If "Wonder Pets!" are popular in your family, then this book may have appeal. It is a countdown from ten to one, with a combination of real pictures and the characters superimposed on the scenes. There are ten bumblebees, eight puppies, seven lambs with the Wonder Pets riding some of them, five green turtles, and so it goes until we reach one, which suddenly goes from a variety of animals to a piece of celery. It really is pitched to fans, so if you have not exposed your kids to this show on Nick Jr., another counting book may be more appropriate. This book is part of the "Wonder Pets!" series.
