During the 2008-2009 season, wide receiver Larry Fitzgerald helped the Arizona Cardinals go from one of the NFL's worst teams to one of the best. Larry has given his fans something to cheer about off the field, too. In honor of his mother, who died of cancer, he has set up the Carol Fitzgerald Memorial Fund, which helps people with serious diseases such as cancer and AIDS. The superstar has also started a football camp to give kids the chance to learn the techniques of the game form an NFL player.
