Author Biography: Susan M. Klopper

Susan is currently the Manager of Research Services for the Goizueta Business Library at Emory University. Prior to coming to Emory she was the Director of Arthur Andersen's Southeast Business Research Center for 18 years where she provided services to the firm's accounting, tax, and consulting services. Susan is a frequent speaker on business research and management topics at international conferences for the information industry, and regularly contributes articles to industry publications, such as Online, Searcher, and Business Information Alert. She is recognized for her knowledge about accounting and tax research and content and has written and spoken on these topics as well.

Susan is very involved in the Special Libraries Association and has served on its Board of Directors; she is also an SLA Fellow. Susan is the recipient of several industry awards recognizing her knowledge and experience in the areas of business research, management, and leadership.
