Author Biography: Phyllis Gelineau

Phyllis Gelineau is a gifted teacher-educator and a successful author in music education. She is the author of EXPERIENCES IN MUSIC, Third Edition (Prentice Hall), and two other music textbooks. She has been awarded U.S. Office of Education and State of Connecticut grants for various projects, including interdisciplinary arts education, using the arts as therapeutic tools, and improving multi-cultural understanding through the arts.
