Albert W. Rubeling, Jr., owns his own architectural firm, a $5 million enterprise with 28 employees. A fellow in the American Institute of Architects, he has served on the group’s national board of directors, and he is currently a trustee of the National AIA Trust. He lives in Baltimore.
