Thirty-seven contributions from specialist authors use plain language to make their scientific understanding of the brain intelligible to those new to the discipline. A broad range of neuropsychological assessment techniques and school-based interventions are profiled. Sample evaluations and Individualized Educational Programs are provided in the appendix. D'Amato is affiliated with the Neuropsychology Laboratory at the U. of Northern Colorado. Annotation © 2006 Book News, Inc., Portland, OR
