Michael J. Copeland is a retired manager of human resources at P&G. Beginning in 1978 he was a key manager in numerous technology transfers from the US to Europe, Middle East, and Asia as well as recruiting and training employees in the international part of the P&G business. He has authored a number of total quality, business writing, and international training articles. He has lived in Europe, Asia, and North America.
Camille P. Schuster (Ph.D. Ohio State) is a professor of marketing at Xavier University and president of Global Collaborations, Inc. She currently serves on the executive committee of the Southern Ohio District Export Council. She has been a member of the board of directors for the International Visitor's Center of Greater Cincinnati, a member of the World Affairs Council of Greater Cincinnati, and a member of the board of Trustees of the Sister City Association of Cincinnati. Her research has been published in numerous marketing journals and she has presented papers at conferences around the world. Dr. Schuster has conducted seminars for business people in Thailand, Singapore, and Australia.
