Author Biography: Andrew Hooge

Andrew Hooge is a certified strength and conditioning specialist and third generation skier. He has been used as a ski conditioning expert for numerous media outlets including the L.A. Times and the Washington Post. He works as a strength coach, splitting his time between Crested Butte, Colorado and Chapel Hill, North Carolina.
