Born in Budapest prior to WWII, Landori saw more carnage and terror before the age of thirteen than most see in a lifetime. Yet he went on to be a successful senior accountant and mergers/acquisitions specialist based in the Cayman Islands. He also developed a double edged relationship with Castro's Cuba and was imprisoned in 1968 on charges of espionage before being released after two months and deported. He admits to coming into contact with international financiers, artists, con men and the intelligence services of several western countries, including the USA.
An entirely credible thriller about a potential pandemic of Mad Cow Disease and its use by terrorists as a weapon of mass destruction, written by a man whose official job was in accounting, but who led a double life as an international man of intrigue with close ties to the intelligence services of western countries.
