Dr. Malin Dollinger is a clinical professor of medicine at the University of Southern California, Los Angeles; Dr. Ernest Rosenbaum is a clinical professor of medicine at the University of California, San Francisco, Comprehensive Cancer Center; Dr. Margaret Tempero is professor of medicine, University of California, San Francisco, deputy director of the UCSF Comprehensive Cancer Center and chief of the Division of Medical Oncology; and Dr. Sean Mulvihill is professor and chair of the Department of Surgery at the University of Utah.
