Leo H. Bradley has held the positions of teacher, high school principal, assistant superintendent, and superintendent of schools. For the past 12 years he has been a professor and program director in educational administration for Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio. His scholarly works include sole authorship for three books, Total Quality Management for Schools, (both book and accompanying educational video) published by Technomic, and Curriculum Leadership and Development, and Competency Based Education. He also co-authored a fourth book on the topic of educational partnerships. Among his journal article topics are Entry Year Programs, Mentorships, Ethics, School Law, Curriculum Design, and Leadership Theory.
The educational leader of today and tomorrow will need the knowledge and skills to facilitate this two-pronged approach to student achievement through curriculum design, development, implementation, and evaluation.
