Author Biography: Marco Malgarini

Marco Malgarini is Senior Economist at the Institute for Studies and Economic Analyses (ISAE), Rome, Italy. He is also adjunct Professor of Economic Policy at the University of Tuscia in Viterbo. Gustavo Piga is Professor of Economics at the University of Rome Tor Vergata, Italy, and Managing Editor of the Rivista di Politica Economica.

Book Synopsis
