BRIDGET ESCOLME is Lecturer in Theatre in the Theatre Workshop, in the School of English at the University of Leeds. Her publications include Talking to the Audience: Shakespeare, Performance, Self (forthcoming with Routledge - 2004).

This Shakespeare Handbook offers the student of Shakespeare and the theatre a way in to reading Anthony and Cleopatra theatrically.
