Author Biography: Anne Lindsay

Anne Lindsay has been helping Canadians find healthier ways to enjoy good food for over 25 years; her five bestselling cookbooks are a testament to her success, and are published in 17 countries. Anne was the Toronto Star's home economist in the late 1970s. In the 1980s, her articles appeared in the Globe and Mail, the Ottawa Citizen, Canadian Living and numerous other papers and magazines in both Canada and the U.S. In the 1990s, she was the nutrition editor at Canadian Living magazine and a regular presenter on CBC's Newsworld and Cityline television.

Anne continues to spend time promoting healthy eating and good cooking. She is currently chairing the board of Breakfast for Learning, Canadian Living Foundation
