Gillian Jones is co-Managing Director of Emerge, a consulting firm that focuses on organizational and behavioral change, where she specializes in coaching culture strategy.  She has worked as an executive coach and consultant for over 12 years.

Ro Gorell is a change consultant and business coach.  Her business, Ascent2Change Ltd, specializes in helping organizations understand the life cycle of change and how it impacts business performance.
