Very informative book. Received it in the condition described, in a very timely manner. I would recommend to anyone wanting to start a floral business.

This book contains very basic info on starting a floral business. I was looking for more advanced material. For example, in the section about choosing between a calendar accounting year and a fiscal accounting year, the author glosses over the reasons you'd consider a fiscal year and instead just says basically some companies choose this, some companies choose that. No real substance with which to make actual decisions. I thought the writing style was decent and didn't spot any serious misinformation.

Useful introduction to business set up. Somewhat generalized and helpful to explore all the areas to be considered. Useful in deciding if this is the direction you want to take.

This book gave a thorough and easy to read account of all the aspects of the floral business, at least to a newcomer. It was well-written and informative.

I WAS A DISAPPOINTED IN THIS BOOK. I DID NOT THINK IT GAVE ENOUGH INFORMATION ON CONTACTS FOR THE WHOLESALE TRADE,PRICING AND BASIC START UP FACTS. IT SEEMED TO COVER ALOT ABOUT STORE SET UP AND DISPLAYS IN YOUR STORE FRONT. THIS IS SOMETHING THAT IS IMPORTANT, BUT I FEEL THAT EACH PERSON HAS A HAS THEIR OWN THOUGHTS ON HOW THEY WANT THER SHOP TO LOOK. I HAVE HAD OWN MY OWN RETAIL BUSINESS SO I FOUND ALOT OF THE INFORMATION IN THE BOOK COULD APPLY TO ANY TYPE OF BUSINESS. I WAS REALLY LOOKING FOR A MORE DETAILED BOOK ON THE FLORAL BUSINESS AND PRICING. THIS BOOK GAVE TO GENERAL AN OVER VIEW.
