Empowering, informative and validating for those who have made the journey to freedom from abuse, fear. This book has been shared with other women and the results are positive, very helpful. A book to give to a loved one who has made a difficult transition, as well as professionals who work with these issues. As a Coach working with many of the things that are mentioned in this daily book, it is more than appropriate for sharing in groups and with individuals. Thank you, Sharon

I bought this for a friend of mine who is going through a hard time and had left an abusive marriage. I was hoping that it would bring her some comfort.
