Funny and although quite old, rings still true today about snobbery even now
taking place in certain country club settings. The golf images conjured up while
reading this classic, were priceless. The writing was fantastic, and should be
the envy of modern authors. The clever plots keep ones interest going until
the happy ending of the book.

I don't play golf so some was boring. Well written . Can't think to whom I'd recommend it. Happy to start a new book.

For anyone who likes their humor lighthearted and their settings vintage. Would that more books like this were written today.
