This book gives you the fundamentals of health and food. It clears up any confusion about food and their healing abilities. I already tried some of the recipies and they came out perfect, not to mention delicious! The author has simplified a somewhat complex concepts so this is an easy book to read and comprehend.

I have been providing copies to my clients for over four years now, I love this book and would recommend it to anyone who wants good healthy, balanced recipes and meals!

Great overview of some great things anyone can do to be healthier. Not a lot of science and I would have liked some more explanation on some areas. But a great introduction.

Andrea should have focused on her cooking skills only. The content of the book is poor and very basic in terms of knowledge and when I looked at the references, they were a few websites and almost no books nor articles from international journals.

I purchased this book as a resource to have in my healing library and because I have had the pleasure of knowing Andrea. As a simple yet engaging guide to whole foods eating, her book definitely delivers. I have always been a fan of her dynamic approach which I was happy to see carry over into her writing. This is a must for those who want the basics and some great recipes to support them. It may be a little too basic for those looking for a more in depth exploration.
