It's OK in terms of recharging yourself if you are an executive. I'm more interested in coaching my own employees; so, basically, the book stands out as an inspiration tool for coaching and keeping alive myself; however, it's more "nice to know" than really a "must have", in my case, at least.

What a well written, user friendly book!
Easy and fun to read. Seems to be right on target, and gives a lot of excellent examples to illustrate "secrets".
This will be a "handbook" for me as I start a new company, Encouragement Resources, LLC.
