After reading Vol. 1, I was expecting more information on the Red Hulk. However, what I got was a mix of little information and a ridiculous battle between the Red Hulk and a bunch of female characters.

This is a very straightforward and simple review: Jeph Loeb is writing Hulk and friends. All kinds of superheroes show up in this comic without rhyme or reason. Bruce Banner is shown in lockup one minute and the next he's traveling Nevada. Sense? It doesn't make it. But all the silliness aside, the visuals, the old-school Hulk feel of monsters and science, and especially the She-Hulk and her girlfriends laying the smackdown on Red Hulk make this worth the price. It ain't bad, nor is it great, but it's serviceable, if only it wasn't practically ignoring the fantastic Planet Hulk and World War Hulk that came before it. However, I'd give this product as a whole four stars if it wasn't for how the book arrived: the upper left corner was bent out of proportion, and while the book was still readable, I'd hope that Amazon would be a little more careful about how their products were shipped. This arrived and the smile left my face. Still, that notwithstanding, I was happy with what I got.

I knew this was a used version that I was buying, but the description said it was in good condition. The item arrived today and that is not the case. Both the front and back cover of the book is tattered, with some pages in very bad shape. Buyer beware.

I am currently on Deployment serving in the US Navy. I have not recieved the book yet. So I can not give an honest opinion on the book's story. But I can tell you that I have an opinion on the delivery service of this title. It is horrible it has been over a month and have not recieved it yet and there asking me to review a book that I have not recieved yet come on! They should have compusatied me or something for this extra length time. This may stop me for purchasing products from Amazon in the future. Amazon I am very disappointed.

Jeph Loeb has got to be one of the worst writers in the industry. Riding on his fame from one good book or two, he sours anything he puts his name to.
It's a real shame with top notch talent like Art Adams and Frank Cho to be brought down to his level by their mere association.

Great work of art and story , Frank show really proved himself as the new Era Frank Frazetta with his art, you will net see the usually Tumblr art that lacks life , shading , details and anatomy. probably for the first time i say the story is complimenting the art work. its also a great source material for artist with its content.
i highly recommend buying it

3.0 out of 5 stars Red Hulk vs the girls from the Marvel Universe
Reviewed in the United Kingdom on July 23, 2012
Collecting Hulk #7-9 and King-size Hulk #1 - written by Jeph Loeb and drawn by Arthur Adams & Frank Cho with Herb Trimpe. The Rulk is camping out in Canada when he is set upon by a Wendigo, killing it, the Rulk invokes the wrath of a pack of them who follow him to Las Vegas. Ensuing Chaos. Then Rulk goes rampaging and the Marvel girls go to take him on. On Mount Rushmore. What follows is the Rulk being an outright misogynist and a bunch of 'girl-power' Marvel cliches. Not the best Hulk story out there by a long-shot.
