If you're a beginning collector of Native American jewelry, this book provides profiles of 56 jewelers and excellent pictures of their works. I count spouses and siblings separately, though they often work as teams; sometimes I simply prefer the work of one over the other. You'll easily find many of these artists at the major Native American jewelry shows, and their works are available in retail galleries coast to coast as well as online.

This book shows the wonderful diversity,great technical skills and innovations of contemporary Native American metalsmiths. This is such a beautiful book visually and has interesting interviews with the artists.
