This book starts off on January 1st. It gives paragraphs day by day inspiring you or giving you different ideas or points of view on dieting/losing weight. These are NOT stories. This book does take baby steps towards feeling better and changing your life style(for the better). Great for a quick jump start in the morning and it is also interactive. Everyday you can write any notes, thoughts, feelings, or goals you may have.
Great way to start your day.

This book is obviously written for anyone who is on a diet. I bought it thinking it to be a good source of advice on how to avoid those dietary pitfalls. It does that but be aware that some of the foods may not be available to purchase in UK supermarkets. Other than that is is a very good read nonetheless.
