This is the first book I have read which explains very clearly the rationale behind the critical need for compliance in the post Lehman Crisis world - the language used is lucid and helps to de-mystify the complexities of legal risk management.

The coverage of the need for legal risk mitigation in the financial services sector is comprehensive. This book is a ' must read' for those grappling with implementation of practical and balanced risk mitigation in the financial services sector. It should be read by all legal practitioners and compliance officers in the sector.

It is a big and expensive tome but surprisingly readable and worth the investment to gain a real insight into a complex but very necessary compliance framework for financial services.
