Ethics can be very dry reading, but the way this book is organized helped me understand theories from centuries past. Some chapters seem wordy and confusing, but the next chapter usually would help explain the previous more in depth. I love that multiple views of a subject are side by side making it convenient to compare those chapters, and reach one's own differing view point. I recommend using the fantastic online study help provided with this book because it also helped me ace my exams. I found the intro summaries for each chapter helpful by summing up what the reading should convey. However, I wish the questions located at the chapters conclusion were answered, and explained.

It seemed like a completely new book except there were certain things highlighted in some of the chapters (which I didn't mind). Also, this was the 2009 edition when I required the 2011 edition.
