Customer reviews
Customer Reviews, including Product Star Ratings help customers to learn more about the product and decide whether it is the right product for them.
To calculate the overall star rating and percentage breakdown by star, we don’t use a simple average. Instead, our system considers things like how recent a review is and if the reviewer bought the item on Amazon. It also analyzed reviews to verify trustworthiness.

The book's all over the place and the explaining the concepts takes forever, and half of the time it doesn't even make sense. The professor always has to reword the book's explanation of things for it to be understandable.
Most of the real-life examples are really out of place. These examples are supposed to be there to show that the concept is used in "real-life," but most of the time, the examples just show what one particular company is choosing to do-- half the time it's not nothing like the concept we're supposed to be learning about.
This was a bad book. I got an A in the class... and I learned nothing from the book. After learning the concepts and earning my A, going back over the book, there are many parts where I think, "Why don't they just say this..." to explain a concept.
